How To Get Started With Transflo Mobile+

• Download ‘Transflo Mobile PLUS’ for FREE at the Apple or Google App store.

•  Open the app, select begin registration.

•  Click agree to terms on the bottom right.

•  Enter "JBHT" under the ‘Recipient ID’ field and fill in the remaining fields with your personal information, including your email (An email confirmation will be sent to this address).

Using Transflo Mobile+

• Select ‘Scan Documents.’

• Select ‘Take Photo,’ make sure the ENTIRE doc is in the photo.

• Select either ‘Use,’ or ‘Retake.’ Note: Only clear, full images can be accepted.

• Crop screen will appear if  you click ‘Use,’ crop if needed.

• Hit Next, you will see the full doc, hit accept if photo is clear and fully in the frame.

• Hit Next again, this will prompt you to enter and order number. Enter the load number the BOL you are scanning pertains to, EX- JB12345. Then click next.

• The next screen will show ‘Add Pages.’ if you need to add multiple pages. Once all pages have been added click 'Send'.

• A receipt and link to view the doc will be sent to your email. (It is a good habit to forward this email to your management team for faster POD processing)

• Retain the hard copy until you are able to provide it to your management team.
